How to order
To be able to place orders via the webshop, you need to
register first. Prior to registration, please check with the purchase order department in your institution/company if a registration at DSMZ and a customer number is already available.
If you are ordering bioresources from the DSMZ for the first time, validation of your institution is required. Our sales team will contact you after receiving your order and inform you about the documents required for validation. The delivery of your first order is only possible against pre-payment.
No validation is required to order analyses and other scientific services.
